The J-Celeste is a 3 octave road cased JenCo Celeste that has been chromatically sampled close mic'd in mono. The SampleSet contains 107 24-bit (HALion Kontakt) or 16-bit (SoundFont) wav samples divided into 3 velocity layers.
The Celeste is a rather unusual keyboard instrument that has been used in both classical and rock music and can be heard on recordings by Frank Sinatra and Buddy Holly (Everyday) among others.
