Back by popular demand, the MXR M-117R Flanger creates a variety of wild sounds from dynamic jet plane or cool space effects to short delay, chorus and vibrato. Back off Width to zero to disengage auto-sweep, then use the Manual knob to physically place the effect anywhere along the frequency spectrum.
Controls include a footswitch to toggle the effect on/bypass (red LED indicates on), a Manual knob which selects the frequency center of effect when auto-sweep is disengaged, a Width knob which when at zero, disengages auto-sweep, and rotates clockwise to increase total sweep of effect, a Speed knob to change rate of effect, and a Regen knob to feed the effect back onto itself at adjustable intensity, increasing the total effect.
