Gretsch used the Summer NAMM show to expand its Renown Maple series with the addition of new Covered Nitron Oyster finishes.

Based on Gretsch's current Renown series, these drums are available in Yellow Oyster (YO) and Turquoise Oyster (TO) finishes, and include matching bass drum hoops.

Gretsch's Renown Oyster sets will be limited to 100 sets in each of the two finishes for 2004 and come complete with a Gibraltar 6600 series Hardware pack.
