After making it's debut at the recent Winter NAMM Show, Schecter's Diamond Series Jazz Elite are now available at authorized Schecter dealers.
The single cutaway Hollow body features a maple body highlighted with a Quilted Maple top. A 24.75" scale mahogany neck with a bound 2-fret rosewood fingerboard is set into the bound body.
This guitar is armed with two Special Duncan Designed HB-101 humbuckers. These pickups, voiced exclusively for the Jazz Elite, have been wound with alnico magnets, yielding vintage-type tones. The HB-101s can be 'split', via the Elite's individual Tone controls, for cleaner, 'single-coil' tones.Other features include TonePros Tune-o-matic, ornate Trapeze Tailpiece, gold Grover tuners and Abalone 'block' inlay. The Jazz Elite is available in Vintage Natural Gloss (VNG) and Black Cherry (BCH).
MSRP is $899.00. A Left Handed version is also available ($949.00) in Vintage Natural Gloss.
