Drawmer DS201 Gate, Focusrite Voicemaster Pro Roland DM20 monitors M-Audio Radium 49 midi keyboard, Cosmos CoolerMaster PC, water cooled i7 quad core 3ghz, Windows XP (Yamaha stopped supporting the 01X beyond XP hence I've opted to remain with this amazing tool and foresake Windows 8 (for now)). Pluggins - BFD2 drum samples, Charlie organs, East West Gold Orchestra, Hyper Canvas Piano Waves, Focusrite Midnight Suite, GAC, Guitar Rig 4, Tracks Mastering, Amplitube Amp simulation - various, Groove Monkey midi grooves.

With the exception of BFD2 all my instrumentation are recorded with live instrumentation.

BFD2 is mixed in my DAW I tend to create auxiliaries for hi hats, snare and bass drum which are treated with SSL strip (courtesy Waves pluggins) then sent mono to 01X the rest of the drums (hats, snare and bass drum included) are grouped to stereo outputs.

I have recently recorded vocals as well as acoustic guitars with a pair of Shure PG81 Drum overhead mics directly into the 01X mic preamps which I find work well for my vocals.

Vocals are recorded to two stereo tracks. I don't always double track, have been experimenting with taking the second vocal sound forward by 1000 or so samples, works well.

Vocals tracks are usually left fairly clean, only autotune is inserted and output to a DAW group track where I apply various pluggins DeEsser, API EQs and Compression, I find Guitar Rig delays work well with vocals.

Bass is treated to Amplitube AmpegSVX, guitars to Guitar Rig 4 or Amplitube 3, Jimi Hendrix or Metal.

All recordings are given the Waves SSL treatment;it is probably my most used pluggin, gives a warm vintage analogue sound.
